三、小结 印第安纳血清型沙门菌的多重耐药性和复杂耐药机制、对临床一线沙门菌感染用药(喹诺酮类和头孢类抗生素)的高耐药性,以及该类高耐药菌株携带的整合子或质粒等可移动元件,使得该类型菌株的耐药性具有高度可传播性,将使该类菌株引起的沙门菌感染患者进行临床用药时更加困难,特别是针对免疫力低下的儿童和老人具有更加致命的危害[
